A.    Yes, we ship to Canada at a higher postal rate.

A.    Sales tax must be charged on shipments to California only.

  A.    Yes, you can return an item in perfect condition. Please 
  call first for RGA#  
         ( all returns are subject to restocking 
  fee of 25%.) some items may be higher .  
A.    Woodwardsace is not resposible for any defective product 
after 30 days. 
       If the manufacuter will not handle returns 
directly (EMTEK, PERIOD BRASS)
       Woodwardsace will assist, however customer 
will be responsible for all charges, including freight charges

Q.    I have Baldwin Hardware on my house and it is tarnishing, 
  what do I do?
  A.    The Baldwin lifetime finish has only been around for a 
  couple of years.
          If your product is tarnishing it 
  is probably not the "lifetime finish" and had a 
          lacquer coating (the best protection 
  available at that time ).
          Your two options are:
          A. Because your product is solid 
  brass it can be polished to restore it.
          B. Buy new trim only in the lifetime 
  finish and never worry about it again.
